Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and package weight.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
Shipping delays caused by carriers.
Weather-related delays.
Customs delays for international shipments.

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
